About DJ Mickey D
There has been one constant in my life and that is my love for music and connecting with people through it. What you will find unique about me is that my love for DJing and my career in music and entertainment are two separate paths. Sometimes they converge and create incredible opportunities like DJing nightly for Mary J. Blige and opening up for Jay Z in NYC. Mostly my work in entertainment on such shows as Rockin’ New Years Eve with Ryan Seacrest and the iHeart Music festivals inspire me creatively and expose me to music that is “new to me”. Keeping the two separate has been the key success. DJing will never be a job for me, always a passion.
